1. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all provided profile data is true, complete, and up to date.
Multiple registrations are not permitted.
You further represent and warrant that you:
(a) have not previously been suspended or removed from Agribit.io;
(b) may enter into this agreement without violating any other agreement you are a party to.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an Agribit.io account (“Account”).
You agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration data;
(b) maintain and promptly update such data;
(c) maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;
(d) accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
Agribit.io is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account.
3. Transactions and Payments
A. Marketplace Transactions
Agribit.io enables buyers and sellers (farmers, traders, cooperatives, and businesses) to list, purchase, and sell agricultural products.
All transactions are contracts directly between users. Agribit.io is not a party to these contracts.
B. Payment Solutions
Transactions may be settled through Agribit Tokens, escrow services, or third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, blockchain-based wallets).
You must register a valid payment method to use the payment solutions provided.
Agribit.io may impose limits on transaction amounts, frequency, or payment methods.
C. Escrow Services
Agribit.io offers a secure escrow system for agricultural trade. Funds are released only when both buyer and seller confirm fulfillment of agreed conditions.
Escrow services are optional, but recommended for international or high-value trade.
D. Fees
Agribit.io charges service fees on transactions, including blockchain or third-party processing costs.
Fees may change from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively and be communicated in advance.
E. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes related to your transactions. Agribit.io does not provide tax advice.
F. Refunds
Unless expressly agreed between buyer and seller, all transactions are final. Agribit.io does not provide refunds, except where legally required.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Agribit.io, you agree not to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Use the platform for money-laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal trade.
Circumvent payment systems, escrow, or fees.
Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
Upload malware, bots, or scripts intended to disrupt services.
Manipulate auctions, token markets, or transaction data.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Monitoring and Moderation
Agribit.io reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
Agribit.io is not responsible for the conduct of other users online or offline.
6. Discontinuation of Services
Agribit.io may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.
You may close your Account at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Agribit.io provides a facilitation platform only. We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, legality, or contract enforcement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agribit.io disclaims liability for:
errors, interruptions, or delays in service;
unauthorized access to user data;
disputes between buyers and sellers;
loss of profits, savings, or indirect damages.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Agribit.io in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Data Protection
Agribit.io values privacy and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Violations of the Terms
Agribit.io may, at its discretion, suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.
Premium or subscription services forfeited due to suspension are non-refundable.
Legal claims for damages or indemnification remain reserved.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction: e.g., Saint Vincent, Barbados, or another incorporation country], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in class actions.
